Shipping

It takes 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Our products are shipped from our foreign warehouse with 6-12 business days of trackable shipping if they are not available in our Swedish warehouse, which otherwise ships with 1-2 days of trackable shipping via PostNord. You will receive an email with your order confirmation once your order has been placed.

If the order ships from our foreign warehouse, you may also need to pay an import fee.

Packaging information: We are currently undergoing a rebranding phase. During a transition period, your product may be delivered with a different logo or graphic profile than the one shown on the website. We guarantee that the product is identical in terms of ingredients, size, function, and quality regardless of the packaging's outer design.

DELAYS

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, high volume at shipping companies, or logistical obstacles.

By making a purchase, you accept that the delivery time may exceed the estimated time by up to 10 business days before a shipment can be considered officially lost. A delivery that has been initiated and is in transit does not entitle you to an immediate refund or chargeback as long as the package is trackable and in motion. We do not handle any refund claims based on minor delays until the carrier has officially confirmed that the package is lost.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your order has been shipped, with your tracking number. Please check your spam folder so it doesn't get lost.

If the order ships from our foreign warehouse, you may also need to pay a fee.

Our prices are exclusive of VAT, and therefore customs and import fees may be added when the item comes from our warehouse in China. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these potential fees.
